got a call on my cell phone I didn't pick up and they left no message. I googled the number and found this site. I love this site

Received call, I didn't answer, left no message.  Tried to call back within 30 minutes and the number is not functional.  No idea who it is but area code is from central Illinois.

Just got call.  Rang 4 times then stopped.  I called right back, number is not functional.  I'm in east central Illinois.

It called me and i answered because i live in central Illinois, though it could be someone i know. Nothing was on the other end of the phone, not even someone breathing
