Calls cell phone repeatedly. Won't leave message, waits to talk to someone. Been going on for months. Says IRS will arrest me. When I started to ask him questions, he turned on me bigtime. Said Americans are all stupid, and that he wanted me to come to his house so he could *%#@ me. Nasty person, and high level of harassment.
