They called last night while I was eating dinner. My mother told them the computer was in the repair shop several times. But, when I went to use my computer after supper, it started having problems, and hasn't been working since. Hopefully, just a coincidence and not some random scheme, since we later had a call listed as Anonymous from a different number, which we didn't answer, but this site lists as being a similar scam.
This guy called at 5:10 PM sounding like he was from a foreign country and I thanked him for the info, then hung up on him. He called back again at 5:30 PM using an "Unknown Name" with the same number. I hung up on him again without talking to him. Then he called back the third time at 5:44 PM and I didn't answer. I have never had a call from any Microsoft employee telling me that my computer has been sending error messages to them. I have a service that I use that keeps my computer clean, so I knew this was a scam. When you add it's talking with someone with that kind of accent, I will not give them any info at all. Jesus Christ is my Lord and I will not give access to any possible ISIS idiot.
My aunt keeps receiving this call since last week-doesn't leave messages. My aunt finally answered. Was NOT polite at all-his inteo was "Can I speak to _?" Is your computer on?" "Well someone is trying to get into your emails". Don't answer those creepy calls from foreigns that have no life! Or pick up and say "Jesus loves you!"
