Caller ID did not show city and state, which mostly likely means the phone number is spoofed.  This robocall had a recorded announcement, a part of which was caught by my voicemail "...consider this your final notice to lower your interest rates.  Press 1 to be connected to a live operator..."  I am blocking this number.
