This number has also called my residence a lot. When I answer, no one is there and then a voice message will all of a sudden say "goodbye" and disconnect the call. I was thinking a collection agency of some type, but I doubt that now... Spammer, maybe?
this Number appears on my phone 13 times in one day. Never had the chance to speek to the caller, when called back I recieved a message that the call could not be completed.

Hmmm ... Just got a call from this number. When I called back, recording said, "this number can not be completed in this country".
Call came on my Verizon phone ... Wonder how they got my cell phone?
