Who called from 2182078076

Received two calls last night (11/12/2010) from this number, once at 6:50p and 8:16p.  I never answer the phone from numbers that I don't recognize.  The calls seem to originate in East Grand Forks Michigan.  I don't know anybody in Michigan much less East Grand Forks.  I will continue to ignore when they call.

called multiple times and they always hang up if i answer
