These are telemarking scammers, they will not release the name of the company, will not place you on a do not call list with their company unless you threaten them with getting the authorities involved. The next time I get a phone call which I'm sure I will from them as they've been calling for the last week at least 7 times a day I am reporting them on the do not call registry as I asked them to take me off their list, and I am on the do not call list. Maybe a 16,000 dollar fine to their company will fix their lack of consideration.
Someone keeps calling from this number at all hours of the night and day, even obscene hours while people are trying to sleep for work. Whenever I call it back to get them to remove me from whatever it is, I get an answering machine saying "Our office is currently closed"... the number information shows Duluth MN, and if they really are a company they must be a telemarketer or a debt collector. The only debt I have though is a student loan.
