Call back gets "Thank you for your call. Please hold the line for the next available agent." A pause followed by an unnaturally high-pitched voice saying the same thing. Followed by a loud "boiler room" and a woman saying "thank you for calling World Travel." You'll note that they never identify themselves in the first recorded response.
