We got a call from this number on our at approximately 3:00 p.m. on May 1, 2014. The caller ID showed Novato and the number was 218-251-8080. We let it go to the answering machine. The man had such a horrible accent that we could not understand at least 75% of what he was saying. Something about "ages between 18 and 30" and something about "income taxes." We are assuming this is a scam because we've already gotten our refunds back and do not owe anything. We live in western Oregon.
