What little information I receiced from the recording included a computer speaking my name, something about loss mitigation, too. In order to have my personal statement included to press 1. Which I did to get further information, but then they provided a 7-digit telephone number which I did not catch. I tried to call the number back but no one answered. Just got a message stating their hours and that they were "pretrial processing."
It appears this number is likely a scam, and I have been receiving an increasing number of these lately.
I am getting phone calls from this number not identifying themselves but the message says something about loss mitigation unless myself or my lawyers return the call immediately. Then there is a message stating that the call is intended for Elizabeth Miller. Nowhere close to my name. I am blocking them from my phone now after receiving at least three phone calls/voice mails from them. I truly identify myself in my voice mail greeting.
