Robotic voice said the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me and to call them to get info on the case file. EXACT same recording as two hours earlier, only that was from number 801-692-0039.
I got a call from this # at 3:28 pm today. I didn't answer it at the time. When I got to the office I dialed *67 & the number. I heard a man in the background but I didn't say anything and neither did he. About 10 minutes later I called it again & this time it said the # was disconnected! DEFINITELY SCAMMERS!!!
I wish the Call Type list included SCAMMER...nothing on the list applies to this caller.

Let this # go to voicemail. No caller ID available. Voice message is pre recorded claiming the IRS is filing a lawsuit against you. The IRS doesn't send out pre recorded messages. The IRS clearly identifies itself on caller ID and notifies people in writing. SCAM
