Who called from 2183314478

I do not know anyone nor do business with any company in Fargo ND.  It probably is the credit card scam  scums with a new number as people are blocking all their previous number. Just an educated guess as I never answer unfamiliar calls

Caller ID: FARGO ND. Did not answer. Activated voicemail and left 7 seconds of silence.

8am 04/16/2015 I missed  a call from 727-330-3216  2 hours later I call the number and its disconnected,. seconds after the call, I got another call from 218-331-4478

I called  (218-331-4478) and got a recorded message from "John" from reward redemption stating that they had called because I had recently visited, one of their affiliated websites and in appreciation they wanted to send me a gift card.

There are more numbers linked to this same caller. I have been getting these calls for 2 weeks now... I

Mother-in-law's phone caller ID, said 218-331-4478 (FARGO, ND). She probably picked it up, answered, then hung up. Didn't say what it was about.
