finally answered one from it (old business # on my end) wanting to update listing in phone book! caller id showed +2183347446 yes with a plus sign before number and yes he had a strong foreign accent

This number called my house 8 times while we were out today.  Nothing on the answering machine.

They called when we answered who we are ( a cancer charity) they said thanks, that's all they needed to know!

I get calls from this number starting from 7 in the morning until 10 or later every day of the week.When i answer i cant understand a word being said.Whar in the hell is the government doing to stop this bull [***].
