Phone call . . . no message . . .

Called, no answer when I picked up. tried to call back & got a recording saying the number is not in service.

Picked up the call..heard a female voice calling my name correctly. When i said yes then the line was disconnected. Tried to call back.. it said number is not in service. whata hank.
