Who called from 2183657808

Called twice in as many days.  No message left.  Looks like it might be a PAC or psuedo charitable org.  Doesn't matter, I'm not interested.

Called 3 times today (1:08 PM, 2:09 PM, 3:10 PM). I did not pick up the first two times and the caller did not leave a voicemail. On the 3rd call, I answered, but I didn't say anything to allow the caller to speak. Nothing. Given that they call every hour, this must be automated. Blocking number and looking a place to report this as abuse. (I found a website stating that this number is listed for NE Minnesota for Wilderness (Protecting clean water, healthy communities, and the Boundary Waters) Ely, Minnesota; [email protected]; www.savetheboundarywaters.org

Their solicitations border on harassment. Six calls in the last day and a half. I blocked the number. I'm sure they are soliciting.
