Another pre-recorded spam from the 218 area code. They try to make it sound like someone is talking to you. When you answer, you get "Hi, this is <name> from the support department. Can you hear me?" No matter what you say, their robot is waiting for something other than a tone (from an answering machine or voicemail or not-in-service signal) so what you say is irrelevant as long as you say something. Once there is some sound from your end, their robot goes into its sales pitch.
