3/28/2014 received call from 218 384 4516 - MN Health Systems - a woman's voice asking for my husband. Husband not available so, "Would you answer a survey, only take about 60 seconds." Basically, a survey on how do you feel about air pollution. These were rapid fire questions, information was gathered, by merely a voice on the other end of a telephone, no identification of who or why these questions were being asked. I am shocked by the fact that I answered all the questions. She ended the call by saying they were going to call back and I would get a "prize" for answering the survey.

Who is MN Health Systems? What do they do?
I called the number back, after considering, wondering on it.
I talked to a rep, a man's voice on the other end of the line.
Dave asked for my name, I gave it, I asked for his, he hesitated and said only, Dave.
I suggested that wasn't fair as I had honestly given him my name. He finally said Ripley, dave ripley. Thank you.
Dave didn't want to name any other names however, like who exactly had just called me, or why, and what exactly MN Heath Systems does, but he did put me on their "no call list" ... and of course I didn't get my prize.
Google search says they're in Carlton, MN. They sell air filter systems. Now it all makes sense.
Pay attention people.
The only prize that could possible be of value to me, is for folks to be up front and honest about what they're selling.
This company, the one that this phone # is associated with, is not.

I had this same thing happen to me. The woman called from MN Health Systems 218-384-4516 and asked the questions on air pollution. Then she said I would get a call the next day giving me a prize for helping. That was April 21st. Just a few minutes ago, I got a call from DAVE from MN Health Systems 218-384-4516 asking me which of 4 prizes I would want. One was a digital camera, another was $1,000 grocery coupons, and I forget the other two. He wanted them to be delivered to my house tomorrow at 10 AM. I told him I was going out of town and wouldn't be back until June 15th. He then said, "I can make arrangements to have them delivered." I said I think I'm going to pass on this and he rudely slammed the phone down on me. LOL Idiots!
I kept getting calls from 218-384-4516. I think I answered one time and they were taking a survey and then offered me a gift. I said no thank you but was glad to help them out. The man hung up on me. So I kept getting more calls and I finally answered because I was thinking it had something to do with my health insurance since it was a MN number and it came up as MN Health Systems. He asked me if I remembered taking the survey for them and I said yes and he said I won a free gift and again I said no thank you, he hung up on me again. These people do have jobs to do, I understand, but karma NEVER fails. Thank you whoever you were that called me. I feel for you. Good Luck.
