Sent me a text. said my credit card was "disconnected" When I called them back it was an automated system that wanted me to enter my credit card number and info. I didn't...smells like a phishing scam to me!
I just received the same call and came across this forum while looking for an answer. I live in Montana but by chance I happen to be a native of the small town of Two Harbors, MN. There is a Federal Credit Union there but the one and only local phone prefix is "834", not "409", so this was obviously not from that FCU.
got message on 3 phones, not identifing a specific credit union and one used a four number card starting number. was to call 406 318 0928 even though call came from 218 409 4820. ignored. sounds scam to me!!
