SCAM for sure !!!
I got one tonight too about 7:30pm.....  It says,

"BAY CITIES C.U. ALERT.  Your card starting with 4636 has been DEACTIVATED. Please contact us at 800-560-1654.

Funny, I dont have a CC that begins with those numbers...not sure there are any cards that do....

I received the same alert as a text message stating "Bay Cities C.U. Alert.  Your card starting with 4636 has been DEACTIVATED and to call a number.  I decided to look this up and sure enough it is a scam and thanks to all of you who commented on this I will ignore the text.
