One time in Dec. 09 I answered the call and could hear someone breathing.  After I said "hello", they hung up.  I called right back and after the phone rang several times someone picked up and then hung up. Receive calls from this number about once a week, they don't leave any messages. Last phone call was 1-27-10 at 8:36 p.m.

Strangely similar post to 218-477-5950 complaint from Feb. 09 to someone also identified as "Christy".
