Just got a missed call from this number too. Another website says this is a "spoof" number which is used to hide the real number the caller is calling from. I'm going to block this number now.
Same thing, call from lady asking to verify information, I hung up.
I think it's associated with having a webpage, she was asking about my business and I'm guessing she got the information from hosting page. I'm not 100% sure but that's my guess so far.
I agree that it's associated with having a webpage. I couldn't understand anything she said until she asked if I was "the owner." I didn't even know what she thought I owned, but then I finally made out my domain name.
