Breathing and some background noise.... not sure what it was... maybe a car or motor???

Have gotten two calls today. Heavy breathing whenever I say hello.  Called our local CellOne company they said the phone wasnt registered to anyone when they looked up the number.  Called our local police dept to report incident.  They are looking into it

Callers said as soon as they start talking back the person hangs up .... anyone else have this as well ?

A ..  can you tell me what city PD you reported it to and a phone number so I can call them directly ...
