This person called and claimed to be with Duke Power company and that they needed to update my information for their records.  She already had my address and asked did I own the home? Do I still have any out buildings or barns?  What is my e-mail address.  By this point I was suspicious and asked shy she needed my e-mail address and she responded with; "so Duke Power can e-mail you for scheduled power outages so you won't be caught off guard".  Since we have not had a scheduled power outage in the 20 years I have lived here I don't believe this woman is with Duke Power Company at all.  I *69ed the number and it goes straight to this woman's voice mail with no other identifying information.  Also I am in NC and 218 is a MI area code.
