SCAMMERS are using numbers on caller ID from your home state to make it more likely for them to get a SCAM VICTIM.

answered phone on 2nd ring it was "Rachel" from 'card services'
This time I let the message continue without doing anything until the
phone company message came on the line after card services had hung up.
