.... well my story is simple uflp owes me money from 2009.. it's going to be 2011 ... I call and nothing .. I made my claim with the courts and nothing and I was one of the few at the very end... I stayed when everyone left, and then on the 6th week of no check I told myself that they were playing me for a fool. I was their puppet..... I'm trying hard not to lose it but it's hard when they treat the loyal employees lower then dog [***].... I'm getting my lawyer and finally going to go the full mile and sueing them.. pray for me former employees ..
Mike Carlson called our company. Called 1/8/09 harassing and making stalking comments. Stated they had been obtained legally by "a company" to collect a debt. Very rude and condesending.

By the way, checking the records, Mr. Simonds is a huge supporter of several republican candidates. Monies have been donated on the corporations behalf in the thousands. There are several class action lawsuits against the company over the past several years for fraudualant practices. All appear to be settlements. Happy hunting....
