Claimed to be from "UPS Delivering Service", said there was a money delivery waiting for my relative (who suffers from Alzheimers, and has been falling for scam sweepstakes cons). Calling the number got to an answering machine that said it was the "International Global Sweepstakes", same voice as original caller. Caller speaks very slowly and has a trace of non-native-English accent, not enough to place.
