Perky gal named Sara called this afternoon and asked to speak to the person handling our credit card merchant account (me). I said what can I do for you? She was polite, distinct and professional in her pitch (The standard pitch basically saying that my provider is stiffing me).

She really should try to get a job with a legitimate company, as she is VERY good at her job and made me almost want to give her the time of day! :)
