Who called from 2188385763

I got a call from this number saying that it was a study for evaluating energy efficient items. Participants would be able to permanently lower their enery bills by 30% for participating in this study.  I am not finding any information about this study or the number except that it's a Cell phone from Brainerd.  The message said to press 1 to participate in this study.  It had pressure tactics so it's sounding more and more like a scam.  I didn't press 1... I hung up.

Scam! And I'm on the Federal Do Not Call Registry although that doesn't seem to matter. they (amongst others) just call back.

Same message as RN's. Some bogus energy assessment from an unidentified company using only a cell phone number.

Same thing now for a few days we got a voice recording now we get just random calls with no answer

frequent calls from this number, I have never answered. I entered the numer into google and got this site. I wish the calls would stop but now I , for sure know , not to answer!
