Who called from 2189358989

Got a call from this number. Can't call back says all circuits are busy

Tried calling back - Says Number is Not in Service.

Got call from this # 04/10 at 5:42 p.m. did not pick up

Calls but only rings 3 times haven't caught it yet and they have been calling every other day if you call back it says the number is not in service but I think that is a fake recording because it only lists the last 7 of the number and real people I call who have had their phone disconnected it reads all 10 digits.

Just got a call from this number, answered it a voice recording in Spanish.  Tried calling the number back, it says, you cant call this number BS!  

Sooooo....ever since I put all my numbers on the "DO NOT CALL" list, I have been getting these ridiculous calls from everyone in the world!
