1) Activate the "Anonymous Call Rejection" feature on your phone by dialing "*77".
2) If the caller ID is "spoofed", then file a 1088-B form [on-line] with the F.C.C. (Federal Communications Commission) to report caller ID spoofing.
3) Dial "*57" after each harassing call. This will "tag" and trace the call, forwarding it to the nearest local law enforcement agency. After three tags, the calls will be investigated and you can call into your local police/sheriff's department to file a report and follow up. Please, know that the call information in these "tags" will NOT be released to you under law. But, please consult with your telephone service provider.
Unfortunately, the Attorney General has NO jurisdiction over the caller. Especially if the caller is out of state! The local police, might, be able to help you IF enough evidence is provided to support your case/complaint. Also, you can try the F.C.C. (Federal Communications Commission, as explained in another post) by calling, toll-free: 1 (800) BING-411, speaking "Washington D.C.", and, then saying "Federal Communications Commission"

2) Buy the "Bear Trap" plan for $24.95, for one month.
3) Activate "call forwarding", on your home phone, and set it to forward to your cell-phone.
4) Use the "Trap Call" app' to trace the restricted number.
5) Log onto Intellius.com to pull-up the record(s) for that number.
6) Setup an account and pay to access the record(s).
7) Use the obtained record(s) to bring the harasser to justice!
It's ALOT of money for just one caller, but how important is it that you find out who it is?
Also... YOU MUST HAVE A "SMART-PHONE", SUCH AS AN ANDROID, WINDOWS PHONE, OR IPHONE (ALONG, WITH YOUR LAND-LINE AND INTERNET ACCESS) TO USE THIS METHOD!!!
