Foreign accent, called to "verify" my information for my free car insurance quote.  I get these stupid calls in groups about every 6 months.  They try and convince you that some legislation or law has changed, and you will get lower rates.

I normally do not answer phone numbers I do not know, but what do you know...the call was a local area code...It isn't local!
