Received a call at 10:10am, and voice operator told me to wait and talked about Department of Processing and a summons. Waited until after multiple rings, a lady answered "Department of Processing", asked for someone who is not me, then ended the call. It sounded as if I was being recorded.
have no clue who this is but 99.9% sure it's a typical scam. I've had these before from other numbers and talked with local police. They advise, NEVER release any info or $ to them- require them to send documents as proof to what they are talking about- which most won't because they are scammers- and until then ignore them. Losers with too much time on their hands. They've called two times now in two weeks and leave this automated message. Believe me, I've dealt with debt collectors before and legitimate ones do not leave vague messages or threaten.
Nobody knows where they are located. They call and spoof numbers to make you think they are calling from a certain location. They change phone numbers and CIDs all the time.
A call blocker might be your best bet.
Clearly a scamming operation of some kind or another.
