Who called from 2192303808

Getting repetitive calls and hangups from this number.  Should be banned.

They left a voice message on my answering machine. This message was about trip that "I won".

Just got a call from this number.  No message left.  Don't have caller ID so I just did a *69 to get the number.
These calls are relly bugging me.

they have called a few times each time they leave no message and if i answer they hang up on me.

they keep calling my business phone and when I answer I get an annoying pre recorded message about credit cards and am I paying to high an ARP. They are starting to piss me off. The phone id is saying US Calling Center
