Just someone listening on the other end.

I got 4 calls from this # in the same day!!  I finally just "listened" and a recorded voice said "Please hold for an important message from the American Breast Cancer Society"  and then HUNG UP !!  What the heck is this all about?!?!?

I just got a from this number as well but no message or anything. ...just dead silence. ????

I received a call today from this number also with just silence.

Getting calls from this number everyday of the week. Sometimes 2 or 3 times a day. No one answers just silence then hangup after minute or so. This is very annoying and inconsiderate.
