Who called from 2194400282

A fraudster used this TextPlus VOIP telephone number to scam a travel agency with bad credit cards.  Travel agents beware!

This guy just called us (a travel agency) from this number to book air tickets using a university account- he hung up on us when the supervisor started asking questions.

David MORRISROE. called our agency to book travel claiming he was a CFO with Caltech university. Beware ! He does not work for Caltech.
