Automated message about CC account, American female voice.  It said there were no problems with my account but this was my final notice to get the super duper deal.  Pressed 9 for rep, got a man with an Indian(?) accent.  He was easy to understand, though.  He claimed to represent "Visa and MasterCard services."  I've had similar calls in the past with the same female intro, but the reps claimed to represent various banks.  This is probably a scam.  He became abusive when I asked a second time who he worked for,  using multiple, carefully pronounced swear words in a way that indicated he did not actually know what they meant.
