We've been getting phones from this unknown number for sometime now ,when I answer they ask for me When I say yes I am her. They hang up. Do the same thing again call back.. Its annoying. I stopped answering. How do I makes these calls stop?
This person called asking for some type of donation for fire fighters. They knew my full name so they apparently got my number from some place else where I may have made a donation. My number is unlisted so I asked where they got my name. The guy said, "umm, you know, that donation place"
Caller I D stated it was a Local Call. Traditionally local calls in my location are 404 / 770. Wanted a donation to support *Fire Fighters*. What I found disturbing was the deception of the caller I D indicating a Local Call and an area code Indiana.
