Who called from 2196458749

I got a call from this number and when I picked up the phone the line immediately disconnected.

They have called me 4 times in one day even when I ask them to stop

Harassing me while I'm at work with constant phone calls!!

Got a call from this number on my cell phone & they hung up after I said "Hello?" three times. Annoying. Called it back and got "The number or code you have dialed is incorrect." Obviously a debt collector or a scam artist of some sort.
