Same old lower interest rate scam. Funny, though....this one wasn't an Indian guy. That's a first. Anyhow, I told him he had reached the Ohio FBI fraud division and he put me on hold with music. I waited a few minutes to see if he'd come back and when he didn't I hung up and blocked the number.
