I answered and he said he was calling from Windows about my computer. I hung up.

Had a name, Denny Ray.  Said from Gary Indiana. I did not answer

On phone name Denny Ray__I missed call.  I will block if they call again.

Ohfercryinoutloud. Why do you keep trying? You know you're more like an insect like a "noseeum" always buzzing in my face while I'm trying to cut my lawn. So read very carefully...we never, NEVER answer calls like this:  "Denny Rey" then some spoofed number - geeish! It's pretty common knowledge that goofs like this piece of work come to caller ID sites to see results - so much for my comments.
