I've been getting several unknown callers over the last few weeks. This is number is the latest. It just called me, and left a silent voice message. The Federal Trade Commission has a national "Do Not Call" database you can register with, and file complaints. I've done so with several numbers, including this one. Not sure how effective it is yet, since I'm still getting unwanted, unknown callers. If you want to look into the registry, just google National Do Not Call Registry.
