Got the same call the other day, and today when i called them back after they hung up on me they told me i was prank calling and that they we're going to call the cops on me.lol because they called me first and hung up on me.after they called today it has been nothing but busy. But while they where on the phone with me today i told them i'd call the cops on them if they called me again. If You have comcast for Phone service you can block their number and they well never be able to call again.
