Who called from 2199154754

I received a text from this number saying "hi (my first name).." and that was all. I am reporting it because a couple of days ago I received the same text from 971-259-5918. I responded to the first one asking who it was and received no response. Feeling a little suspicious, today I changed the password to my cell provider's website and then got the same text from this number.

Upon further research, the two numbers use the same provider, Level 3 Communications, LLC.

I received a text from this number as well. It also said "hello" then my name.

I also recieved a text from this number this morning saying "Hi (and also my first name)." I texted back and asked who it was and got another text saying "Sorry my iphone's going to die" so i responded one more time saying ok well who is it anyways? I recieved one more text saying "add me on Y! msg txtiegirly9"...I have no clue how this "person" got my phone number...but if it as some point someone could figure it out that would be amazing :) Have a great day!

Received the same message, "Hi (my first name)." Is this a new phase of text spam?
