Got a call -- guy said he could help lower my credit card rates.  Said he was with Proactive Solutions.  He asked me a few yes or no questions to see if I would qualify.  Then gave me a website that doesn't even have anything to do with what he was talking about.  Said I would get a confirmation call in 48 hours even though I didn't even sign up for anything.  At end of call I told him if this was call was being recorded that I say NO to any offer. And I hung up.  I tried to call the # back and it just says disconnected.
