Caller probably a machine.  Dead line when I answered it, and after a few seconds an unintelligible word  like from an automated voice, followed by hangup.  Blocked it, but I am curious as to why these calls exist.  Everyone seems to get stuff like this, but I don't see any benefit to the caller.  Are they just checking to see if someone actually answers?
