keeps calling me & family x 4 weeks, states I took on line loan 8 + yrs ago no bank records going back that late convientely to prove I didn't I even threatened my lawyer & calls continue, I plan to go to police next week. My bank couldn't do anything. I've had enough. If this is a scam company why cant we do anything about it. They have just enough info about me to be very disturbing. I feel harrassed
Please don't worry, this is a scam. I have been receiving the same type of calls for months. They call themselves Compliant Management for now. They call my cell and my work line daily. They also call my husband and brother saying I have a warrant out for my arrest due to unpaid payday loans. LOL - They call from 224-215-0174 and the message says to call 501-703-0180. I called both numbers yesterday morning, they argued with me, swore at me and yelled in my ear. One girl gave me their PO Box when I said I would be sending money, it's P.O. Box 2658, Phoenix, AZ 85032. When I told them I have an attorney, they won't take her info, they just say they'll see me in court and hang up. I was terribly shaken so my attorney had her Private Investigator research this yesterday afternoon. As of this morning, all numbers have been disconnected when I try to call them, yet I just rec'd another call from the same 224 number. The voicemail now has a new number for me to call, 941-251-8163, and it has also been disconnected. :) I'm adding all numbers to this site with this same exact message to make others aware.

just got a call from this same # the caller said she was calling about a legal complaint.
when the caller asked me to verify the last four of my social of course i said the numbers she had in her file were IN~correct.
its a total scam...i used to get calls just like this DAILY from local cell #'s
and they would also threaten my husband over the phone, saying they were coming to my place of employment to serve me papers, etc.
its insane, pure and total aggravated harassment.
these people need to be stopped but HOW????
