This person read my ad on Kijiji, contact me via text message, and wanted to buy a scooter.  He said he was in New York and would have an agent pick it up, but he wanted to know if we would except pay pal.  The price was $1000 the email that looked like it was from PayPal said the $1600 was deducted from his account and once the $500 has been transferred via Money Gram the $1600 will be released.
