I also got called by this number too but I just ignored it since I don't know anyone in Illinois and they didn't leave a voicemail so it's likely a spam call.
Female caller who spoke with an accent. Caller asked to speak with a family member, I asked them to identify which company they were from and for their name, the caller told me I should not answer MY phone if I am not the person they want to speak with and they hung up.
