Who called from 2242447608

This number called yesterday.  I answered and they hung up on me.  They called back today so I ignored it- they didn't leave a message.

Calls but does not leave message.

"Dr. Chris" is extending an offer for businesses in the local community.....  I don't know. If he's local, why is he using someone from area code 224 (Illinois) to torture us with this garbage.  Sounds like a scam to me. Oh, and the woman calling was a total snot.
