I got the same call on 05/10, The person explained to me that my phone # has been selected for from APEX services for a free gift of digital camera and for shipping and handling $1.95, he is asking my autharisation to send the package,I told him I do not need his gift or I am not auhtirising any payament, and he keep asking for the bank information. This is looks like a fraude, and trying to get your bank information, and he kept calling me 3 times the same day, no voice mails. Just calling.
I got a call from the same people this week, (about 4 or 5 times), form different numbers. This time it was 2242930184. Before it was 6305924706. They told me my name has been selected from APEX Services to receive a free digital camera and a vacation. All I had to do was give them my bank information to pay 1.95 for the shipping. Every time I would interrupt with a question, the associate would pretty much blow off the question by continuing his speech. His speech signified he was reading from a sheet of paper. One of the people wouldn't take no for an answer and got rude with me with comments about my mother.
